Assessment
A study of the customer’s processes, applications and priorities, answering all the « what if…? », in order to deliver a :
• Business Continuity Plan: focuses on sustaining core critical functions after business disruption
• Business Recovery Plan: restores the business process following an unintended incident, according to a planned procedure
• Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP): restarts a full IT environment in a ready to use alternate site, according to a planned procedure.
Implementation
COMPAREX will deploy its Infrastructure & Implementation services to ensure that the DRP/BCP approach is correctly sustained by the IT architecture. Best practices will include the usage of: storage & server consolidation and/or virtualization, data protection and recovery optimization, security and management of the infrastructure.
Managed Services
After a joint definition of SLA, COMPAREX will ensure that the BCP/DRP plan is maintained in accordance with the customer’s development. Moreover, regular DR tests will be conducted together with the customer to validate and/or enhance the BCP.
